Energy that is shaped by ego drains. It is thin, effortful, wearing. While energy that is informed by the heart nourishes even as it stretches. It feeds.
If you are feeling depleted right now, know this is not a failing. It is your body speaking. Asking you to rest. Your own wisdom, already present, knowing.
Your depletion... a signal that somewhere, expansion has been led by the mind alone. When this occurs, the answer is already inside you: follow your heart. It will lead you toward the sacred solitude you need. It will show you what replenishes, what restores. Trust that navigation.
Your heart is the path that will lead you home.
